Join us for Nobu "At the Sushi Bar" every Tuesday and Wednesday. During this immersive omakase, our Chef will guide you through a curated selection from the sushi bar with traditional and Nobu signature flavors.
The 17-course menu is $225 per person + tax. There is an optional champagne and sake pairing available for an additional $70 + tax. Seating takes place at 7pm and are limited to 4 guests, book soon!

For our guests seeking delicious alternatives during Dry January, we are featuring four of our non-alcoholic beverages - Lychee Passion, Strawberry Yuzu Calpico, Sansho Verde, and Oaxacan Punch. Pictured here, our Strawberry Yuzu Calpico is crafted with Strawberry Calico, Yuzu, Mint, and Monk Fruit. This bright mocktail is fruit forward with a refreshing mint finish.
Secrets from the Kitchen
If you are dining at Nobu for the first time, the chef recommends trying 3 or more of the menu's "Eight Highlights." The best way to enjoy this experience is to start with 2 or 3 cold dishes; then move on to 2 or 3 hot ones. Finally, end with some sushi and dessert. All these shared family style.
